Event Safety

Our Safety Team exists to help enforce our code of conduct and to address your safety concerns in a friendly and compassionate manner. All concerns will be taken seriously and treated with care.

Safety Team members and event organizers will be wearing glow-in-the-dark bracelets for easy identification during the dances. You can reach Safety Team members at all times through our text lines. Please text both to ensure you reach someone on duty: (360) 436-7044, (845) 882-5070

If your concern involves physical danger, it may be escalated to hotel security. If your concern is outside of the scope of the Safety Team (for example: a personal dispute that does not break code of conduct), then team members are not obligated to assist you.

First aid kits, KN95 masks, and free rapid COVID tests will be located at the registration desk.
