If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund minus a $30 processing fee per person until December 21, 2026.** After this date, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests made close to the event may not be processed until after the event concludes.

You are welcome to defer your pass to 2027 at any time with no fee. Deferred passes must be used in 2027 and will expire afterward. If you become sick before or during the event, we are happy to defer your full or partial pass.

You may transfer your pass to another person for free through December 28, 2026. Just send us the name of the person receiving the pass.

You can upgrade your Party Pass to a Full Weekend Pass at any time. However, we are unable to refund the difference if you choose to downgrade from a Full Weekend Pass to a Party Pass.

Contest entry fees are refundable until December 21, 2026. Contest fees cannot be transferred to future years.

For all refunds, transfers, or deferral requests, please contact us at info@stormyweatherjazzfest.com. As we get closer to the event, responses may be delayed—but rest assured, we will honor all requests in accordance with these policies as soon as we’re able to reply.

**This refund policy is waived for international attendees because we acknowledge the risk you're taking with constantly changing border policies and international relations in the US. We will refund you at any time and for any reason minus only the credit card processing fee.
