If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund minus a $30 processing fee per person until December 20, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

You are welcome to defer your pass to 2027 at any time with no fee. Deferred passes must be used in 2026 and will expire afterward.

You may transfer your pass to another person for free through December 28, 2026. Just send us the name of the person receiving the pass.

You can upgrade your Party Pass to a Full Weekend Pass at any time. However, we are unable to refund the difference if you choose to downgrade from a Full Weekend Pass to a Party Pass.

Contest entry fees are refundable until December 20, 2026. Contest fees cannot be transferred to future years.
