Refunds, Transfers, and Deferrals

If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund minus a $30 processing fee per person until December 28, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests made close to the event may not be processed until after the event concludes.

You are welcome to defer your pass to 2026 at any time with no fee. Deferred passes must be used in 2026 and will expire afterward.

You may transfer your pass to another person for free through December 21, 2025. Just send us the name of the person receiving the pass.

You can upgrade your Party Pass to a Full Weekend Pass at any time. However, we are unable to refund the difference if you choose to downgrade from a Full Weekend Pass to a Party Pass.

Contest entry fees are refundable until December 28, 2025. Once the event begins, we are unable to issue refunds for contest fees. Contest fees cannot be transferred to future years.
