Snack and drinks are allowed in the venue. Please take care of your bodies and medical needs (including special diets).
However, the Hilton does not want everyone bringing full meals and ordering delivery to the Conference Center. We recommend going to the Hilton hotel lobby if you are bringing in outside meals or ordering delivery. We ask that you clean up after yourselves and avoid overflowing trash cans so the venue continues to be lax with us!
Outside alcohol is not allowed in the venue, so don’t let us see it. There will be a cash bar on NYE from 9PM-1:30AM.
Venue Rules
We will have an a la carte lunch counter open inside the venue on the days Moncell is giving lunch talks. Lunch counter is located just past the registration desk.
